About Me
Born and raised in Grand Falls-Windsor Newfoundland, I was always surrounded by excellent fishing. Located on the Exploits River, Salmon fishing was always superb. Surprisingly enough, I was more interested in trout fishing. It wasn't until I moved to Nova Scotia in 1994 that I developed a love for the sport of Salmon and Brown trout fishing.
Currently, I play in the band Big Fish, no relation to fishing but fitting none the less. Be sure to check out www.bigfish5.com for upcoming shows.
Throughout my fly tying experience, I have had many influences which have helped me shape my style. Nova Scotia is blessed to have many amazing fly tyers.
